1.面包桶里加入高粉、低粉、巧克力粉、奶粉、酵母、细砂糖、盐。

2.粗略拌一拌,再加入牛奶和蛋液。

3.面包机揉面,一个揉面程序结束后检视面团,可以拉出比较厚的膜。

14.稍按扁对折,尖角处错开点,不要完全重叠。

15.如图,切一刀,不要切到尖角。

16.外翻,长尖角在上,即为一个心形。

17.依次做好余下的面团,交错排放在烤盘上,相互之间留足空隙,放温暖湿润处进行最后发酵。

18.最后发酵好的面包。

19.刷一层牛奶,置预热好的180℃烤箱中层,上下火,烤15分钟左右。表面上色后及时加盖锡纸。
